I ordered a vest and cowgirl hat for my daughter. Her 4th birthday was 2 weeks after Christmas. I ordered a month in advance. My confirmation was a number, literally, nothing else. I called and could not get anyone, I emailed and I get this response that says well it's going to be delayed your confirmation told you that. I sent them my confirmation showing it clearly did not. So yes I got this item 2 weeks after my daughters birthday. Which was in a horse ranch btw. And the vest was cute but I also ordered a hat and it looked like it came from the one dollar store. Thank goodness I had ordered from a boot barn.
